On the 30th and 31st August 2023 the International Construction Law Association (ICLA) held, together with IBDiC, its annual conference in Sao Paulo, Brazil. 

We would like to thank our keynote speaker and ICLA board member, Phil Brunner, as well as our special guests for attending and for adding their valuable insight into the discussion.

2024 is an exciting year for ICLA, with an upcoming symposium to be held in Copenhagen on 16 May 2024, as well as the ICLA conference 2024 towards the end of the year. We look forward to seeing everyone at these two events and to openly engage on important construction law issues faced in various jurisdictions, as we actively work towards innovative solutions.
