On 16 May 2024 the ICLA held its annual Symposium in Copenhagen, at the offices of Bruun and Hjejle. The topic of discussion was the evaluation of claims and featured lively discussions from all those in attendance.

We would like to thank the speakers who led the discussion namely Christopher Ennis (Common Law), Stefan Leupertz jointly with Wolfgang Breyer (German Civil Law), Christian Johansen (Scandinavian Law) and Raeesa Rawal (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). We would also like to thank our hosts from Bruun and Hjejle for organising a successful event.

The material presented at the Symposium is available for members of the ICLA. As we commence planning our future conference (to be announced soon), we invite those who have not yer signed up to become a member of the ICLA to do so.
